Travel Providers are responsible for their Travel Offerings and their own terms, including privacy and refund policies. You must review and accept each Travel Provider’s terms before booking. Any interaction with Travel Providers via CozieCars.com is at your own risk.

Section 2 — Data Accuracy & Pricing

CozieCars.com displays data such as pricing, availability, locations, and schedules sourced from Travel Providers. We do not guarantee the timeliness, accuracy, or completeness of such data. Prices and availability may change at any time. Additional fees, taxes, or surcharges may apply.

Currency conversions are for informational purposes only. Actual exchange rates and fees are determined by your payment provider.

Section 3 — Service Fees

CozieCars.com may charge service fees for transactions completed on our platform. Fees cover platform costs and service improvements and will be displayed during the booking process. All service fees are non-refundable once a reservation is confirmed.

Section 4 — Reservations & Travel Provider Relationships

When you make a reservation, you are booking directly with the Travel Provider. CozieCars.com facilitates the reservation by providing a user interface to the Travel Provider’s booking system.

CozieCars.com is not responsible for any aspect of your reservation, including descriptions, pricing, fees, availability, or disruptions. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to the Travel Provider’s policies.

Section 5 — Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not make false reservations or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

• Do not access the Service using scripts, crawlers, or bots for non-personal use
• Do not extract data for commercial purposes without authorization
• Do not bypass security measures or deep-link without permission
• Do not reproduce, duplicate, sell, or exploit the Service commercially
• Do not post content that infringes third-party rights or violates laws
• Do not collect personal data about other users without consent
• Do not transmit unauthorized advertising or promotional content

Some features may integrate Google services (e.g., Maps, Analytics). By using these features, you agree to Google’s Terms of Service.

CozieCars.com may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted here. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
